I got this about a week ago as part of the frunk update. I reported that it doesn’t work. I received and email explaining that a fix will be released later. Hopefully this is it! Eap.

What did you report that doesn't work? This seems to be new for the Lightning. It removes WAL options for those that don't have it.

What will be interesting is does it add the sliders for those that recently got WAL from the BCM and didn't get sliders to turn options on and off.

I just got this installed on my 24 Flash. This has enabled the battery state of charge on arrival for Android Auto also, which I've been waiting for!

Ouch, that stinks. Try a 12v reset by pulling the 12v Negative at the LVB. That (hopefully) will refresh all your modules.

You might not even need to do a reset. See if it goes away after a key cycle or two.

Always give the truck some time to "rest" after an OTA is implemented before doing something drastic like pulling fuses or battery terminals, there may be post process activity going on, and occasional spurious MIL's go away of their own accord.

I didn’t have the sliders and it sometimes honks the horn even if you locked the door with the buttons.

With today’s update, I now have karaoke. Also the navigation is way better. Apple Maps now shows chargers when it didn’t before among other things I’m sure it might take another day for it to fill up with whatever else so so far so good.

Ok so this is just adding the toggles and improving the quality of WAL for those that just got it recently? Anyone confirm if we can disable the honk now?

The error went away after driving it for awhile.

Keep an eye on it. A similar thing happened to me after an update. Cleared the wrench but it came back a couple days later and I needed a new shifter to solve it.
