got my replacement. Never once used it. Contemplating keeping the bad one as a back up.

Hmmmmmm, I wonder what Ford could do to compel the return of the defective adapter?!?got my replacement. Never once used it. Contemplating keeping the bad one as a back up.
So it’s four days later, and when I click on the “track package” button in the email it comes back with a message from FedEx saying that the tracking number can’t be found. Anyone else seeing this?I just received an email from Ford saying my replacement adapter has been shipped. My original order number was 1063. I don’t know whether or not that’s relevant as they may not be shipping out the replacements in same sequence as the originals.
I assume it came via FedEx?Yippee! replacement adaptor arrived today. no email just showed up. just in time. Am taking a trip to Houston Friday which, without the adaptor, we'd be making in my wife's ICE car. for the record my original order was #1568 and is identical to the original.
yesI assume it came via FedEx?
Nice. I’ve been checking my FedEx account to see if I have any incoming shipments in case they also fail to email me.
Did you decide to keep it? I’m outta town and won’t be able to return for a bit.got my replacement. Never once used it. Contemplating keeping the bad one as a back up.
Throw a service now error on your Lightning and deny the claim until you return the adapter….most likely scenario. ?Hmmmmmm, I wonder what Ford could do to compel the return of the defective adapter?!?
