What is your SOH, Mileage, and how do you use your Battery?

Sucks your having module failure, but at te same time you were lucky to find it before it became a big problem. Didn't get stranded, not stuck in the dessert atud afternoon, didn't hit at the worst time etc. Your monitoring actually caught a issue before failure. Best outcome. I will certainly continue to monitor my battery pack.

Yep. Although it sucks that OP has been dealing with this issue and now has his truck in the shop waiting for a module replacement, better that it happened now than at 120k miles when he would be paying out of pocket for two replacement modules and the associated labor costs.

Yeah, sucks not to have the truck for a week, but I do count it as a positive to be getting a couple new modules installed. While I don't like doing it normally, I think placing some stress on the battery (running down to less than 5% and up to 100%) before I get out of warranty at 8 years/100k miles might be a good idea. Might find a couple more on the verge of needing replacement.
