I don't understand how ford ignores their early 22 adopters/owners. We deserve all the updates and fixes first. We are the group who have subscription Blue cruise 1.0 that next year expires. Hello Ford 22 Lightnings deserve new OTA'S and new software first. The 22 owners paid a huge premium during covid for these trucks and deserve better!

I never had front sensor errors but went in for the csp anyway. It messed up my rear view camera. I’ve gotten two of the 10.1 updates prior to trying to get the csp done.
I’m not sure they owe me anything, however, when you tell me you are going to do something for me I expect you to keep your word.
My dealer called me recently about the csp with the charge cord to setup a mobile appt. They'll do it at my house the week of Christmas. They have done this with other csp's previously. It's too bad more dealers aren't like mine.
This is how to ensure I won't even consider paying for BC after my 3 year trial expires. For the kind of money they want, I expect updates to occur often and quickly. For half that I'll accept regular updates that are pushed to me quickly. If you want to act like a software company, you better operate like one, too.
