I’m sure there’s many of you that have turned off/not renewed blue cruise once you realized if you need it occasionally it might be better to pay for a month than having a recurring charge for something that you don’t use or can’t use. That being said I felt that the 50 bucks a month on something I might use once in the same time period was a little rich for me to justify.
No I’m not one of the ones who gets the free blue cruise because of early adoption, so that’s out and if anyone knows of something coming down where they may offer it to everyone at no or low charge due to the limited run, please pass that along. In short l, it doesn’t work well, my explorer doesn’t have it but has everything else minus the monthly fee and does as good as the lightning with it running.
I certainly hope that the lighting doesn’t go the way of the delorean or packard or whatever car floats your boat to compare how the manufacturer ever so loudly stopped supporting it and making it impossible to continue ownership. Maybe Brian (not ai) from Ford can pass this along to the corporate personnel as real feedback because apparently all that gets passed along is this silent majority of people who want to pay more for less, whether that’s less value, less quality or less F’s to give from Ford. I figure I may get better and more realistic results by scheduling an exploratory prostate exam because at least I’d get what I asked for.
