Got my Ford Embark LS (aka Retrax Pro XR) installed today. I like it much better than the old Undercover shell I had on my 2010 F-150.

I got my Line-X sprayed in today. After moving one dining room set and scratching the paint in the bed, it was very nice to get the spray. Every day I was looking at the scratch and it was driving me nuts, now it's gone!

There is one spot where the spray is about 1/2 inch high on the tailgate, flapping like paper. I didn't notice until I drove home, will there be any issue to just cut off this excess flap?

I’m still hoping for them to release Lightning specific flaps as well. Not really into ghetto installs of the old ones. Probably not enough trucks out there to be worth their time to develop and manufacture unfortunately.

Front flaps are more important to me, rears are optional but nice for the people behind me. I could protect the rear with a 6” strip of PPF rather than flaps. The Rokblokz mud flaps will fit on the front, but not on the rear according to them. I’m thinking I could make them fit with some minor modding of the piece that tucks behind the fender.

Looks great. I was looking at those exact same. Let us know if range is affected at all, before mud flaps installed. Lightning boards are suppose to be more aero from what I read. But I am not sure how much of a difference, if any, there would be.

My truck had 47 miles on it when I installed the steps, I won’t be able to tell if there is a range difference.

If anyone is looking to buy steps from eBay seller oemresale, put the steps in your cart and wait a couple days. They sent me a private offer to purchase for under $200.

Gave a wrap shop free reign to tint my lights. Also got the indicators on the mirrors and side step light done. You can see the steps light in the second pic. Sunny day pics coming eventually.
