Brand new FCSP. First time connecting it. Initial setup worked, connected to my home WiFi. Then it stopped communicating on wifi and Bluetooth. My network shows it is disconnected. Pushing and holding factory reset button does nothing no matter how long.

Unit powers up has a blue light, and charges the truck.

Mine does that on occasion, still charges the truck.
Try turning off the breaker to the FCSP for about 5-10 minutes and turning on again. That always works for me.

If you've pressed the factory reset, you must go through the configuration steps again.

That's the problem. The factory reset button does not factory reset the unit. It has no effect. Nothing changes.

Tried that but will keep trying.

DIAG tips from Siemens
https://www.f150lightningforum.com/...able-to-connect-to-csp-wifi.12193/post-261578

Misc Siemens notes -
  1. When the unit is powered on, the unit takes between 3-5 minutes to initialize and bring up the Web Server that the app interacts with. Any attempts to see the unit in the users wifi settings on their phone will be unsuccessful. Please check to ensure that the user is waiting long enough connect to the unit.

  2. If the user sees the unit as broadcasting its SN in their phone wifi settings and is able to connect to it via the wifi password labeled on the unit, the web server may still be initializing and the app may show an “unable to connect” screen. Ensure that the user is attempting to configure the unit only after they have given 3-5 minutes to boot up. (Once connected to the Station ID it will pulse white until connected to your wifi and then back to blue. If it doesn't take, start over.)

  3. If the user has connected the unit to their home access network in the past, the unit will not see the unit broadcasting its serial number in their wifi settings on their phone. The user will have to connect to the same access network that they configured the unit to in order to access the unit’s settings. This can be done by connecting to the same wifi access network that the unit was configured to and then going to “Station Settings” on the app. The unit should be visible in the list of chargers on the very next screen. We must know if the unit has been attempted to connect to the users access network.
  4. If the above steps are tried and the problem persists, the user can factory reset the unit by holding down the red button in the upper left of the PCBA for 10s then waiting 3-5 mins from the white reset light going off

Been there, done all that unfortunately.

It was added to my home WiFi and was briefly working on it. Now it is not. The FCSP is not connected to my network. I can see that it was in the unifi client list. It is no longer connected. No connectivity of any kind at all.

Factory reset procedure does nothing. Light never changes. Unit never resets.

Call the Ford to open a ticket and get a replacement, it may have a bad wifi modem

Every chat and call I've tried to make is the wrong place and sends me somewhere else that also doesn't know what they're doing. Who/where should I be calling?

Mine is doing exactly the same and wont factory reset. Worked for awhile on wifi in the begining then stopped. I gave up and just use the charger with no wifi connection.

The truck and FCSP don't communicate outside of the charging cable. You should just be able to connect the FCSP to power, and plug it into your truck, no setup needed.

In the intelligent home backup menu, it has to pair with the station over bluetooth. The unit charges just fine without it. But I need it to pair with the truck for a home backup power project.
