I'm on EAP and I haven't received any OTA updates in a long time either and have relied on occasional FDRS updates. I just checked my EAP profile and the business use had no value in it. Just changed it to "No", so maybe that will do something. Thanks for posting the EAP tip.
I don't think that question was there when I signed up originally (back when the Mach-E had dirt floors)...it was a while ago...

I left mine blank....I assumed that was the same thing as "No"...Hmmm.... I guess I should go back.....

FDRS updated yesterday afternoon (I saw it this morning) to 46.5.4...and we're back to having just one version for both subscription (new method) and legacy (20 digit license code) versions.

You'll get asked during the setup which method you want to use to log in. If you're one of the folks who does the two-day runs every now and again, the next time you buy a subscription you'll be using the newer method to login that's based on your Motorcraft login credentials instead of a license code, so when you do the setup make sure you choose that method during setup.

Also, as a reminder, since this is a major revision (45.x to 46.x) make sure you tick the box to "Remove User Data" during setup to avoid any issues with previously downloaded vehicle data possibly being displayed incorrectly when using the new version.

Okay.....my account got blocked due to "unusual activity" right after I installed this new version.

I filled out a support ticket to ask why my account got blocked and was told that my software was "compromised" and provided instructions on removing said software and reinstalling "genuine" Ford software....no I'm not making this up.

So they provided a link to where they want me to get this software and it's here.

So based on that, I take it I'm supposed to go back to using the 45.5.8 revision instead of using the newer 46 version. So I'll uninstall/reinstall and hopefully that ends this saga for this month......

THats what I get every time anymore is unusual activity I had a computer I got brand new and only installed FDRS from fords download page and added the license and as soon as I logged on it banned me.

Wiped the installation clean and re-installed. I tried 45.6.8 and version 46. Same errors. I can log into the website and see the updates I need, vehicle health history, etc., so I know the subscription is active. I just can’t get logged in with FDRS.

Wasted many hours last night. Will try calling the hotline today, but what a pain.

Thanks! I filled out the form yesterday. Waiting to hear from them. It’s good to know there’s no point in calling their hotline.

According to Mike's post above he was told to use 45.5.8, not 6. Maybe try that?

Yeah, they are ignoring my emails back to their help desk as well. If I try to login I get “Too many login attempts, try again later.”
For three days now.
I finally got in. But I'm not sure I'll have time to update both vehicles. Still running the truck through... There are a lot of updates.

Question:
After a bunch of updates, clearing codes, retesting, etc, I have one remaining orange DTC:
SCCM configuration incompatible.

The SCCM configuration is the same as the AsBuilt configuration. Any suggestions?

Are you in EAP by chance?

I stopped recieving OTAs and was 9 months behind. I went into the EAP website and saw that in my profile for the field "Vehicle Used For Business Purpose" was set to yes somehow. I changed it to no and BOOM I started getting OTAs the next time I drove it, and then 1-2 a week for the next 2 months.
Thanks for the tip! I haven’t gotten an OTA since March. I logged into the EAP site and mine was blank. Changed it to “no”
