BlueCruise Toggles and Walk-Away Lock
This software update contains the following key changes:
• Your vehicle's center touch screen now has new on/off toggles that let you set Predictive Speed Assist, BlueCruise In-Lane Repositioning, and BlueCruise Lane Change Assist.
• Provides a fix to audio issues when using Apple CarPlay or Android Auto.
• Introduces the Walk-Away Lock feature on vehicles equipped with Keyless Entry, giving you a new way to secure your doors. To enable the Walk-Away Lock feature, go to the Locking menu within Vehicle Settings on your vehicle's center touch screen.

Not sure why got this. Since (A) I don't have Blue Cruise and (B) had walk-away lock for the last 3 years.

Also just noticed that the problem with charge times and locations fixed itself after this update. First reported here

Somebody on Facebook reported that zone lighting showed up in the Ford app after this update. I got it last week and it did not show up in mine. Has anyone else seen zone lighting reappear?

Received this update today and it removed my Glare-Free Adaptive Light toggle which was added via FORScan. But not checked if glare free was disabled yet.

Copied very recent posts from the OG thread on the same topic to this new thread.

Hoping the rest of you folks still waiting for WAL & Controls are blessed today and in the coming weeks, happy software roll out Thursday!

My glare free I enabled via ForScan is still working. I have not looked for the toggle as I cant fathom why I would ever turn it off, but when I get a chance I will take a look to see if the toggle went away.

Perhaps this update explains my recent new experience with speed control. Phoenix interstates generally are posted at 65mph. Everyone drives faster. So I set my speed control at 70. Recently, now when I pass a 65mph sign it resets my speed to 65. So I recently set the tolerance to 5mph thinking that would fix the issue. Now when I have my speed set at 70 and I pass a 66mph sign it resets to 75 and I speed up. Is that what’s supposed to happen? My truck is a 23 Lariet and I love it, quirks and all.

I, too, received this update this morning and had previously installed module updates via FDRS and enabled via FORScan for BlueCruise 1.4.

Minutes after the update, I received a second update for SYNC 25.2.1.6.5

If you want to keep it from changing your set speed when it sees speed limit signs you want to turn off Predictive Speed Assist (assuming you got the BC 1.4 updates).

At least the recent versions worked that way. Can't say what this version may have changed in that regard.

Just got this update this afternoon as well. I received the previous update last year with the same numbering. I haven’t checked to see if anything was missing.
