Seems confusing that the PT-25.8.5 thread was closed and moved here as I just got the PT-25.8.5 update this morning on my '23 Lariat ER. So it would appear that update is still rolling out to folks as well.

I got this today also on my 2023 Lariat ER. First update in 6 months! Still waiting on the BCM update for WAL!

My truck says PT-25.8.5 will install tonight at 2am. So it looks like I was invited to the party after all.

12/12 free replacement of 12v battery, prorated after that. There might be a little bit of compensation left but don't expect much.

Original factory battery is fully covered under the 3/36 bumper to bumper. If it’s replaced the replacement is covered for 1 year. I got a warranty replacement at 2 years and 50 weeks.

Got this last night.

First time an update deleted my home charge location and caused charge to 100%. Nice.

Any word on whether this is part of 500A charging update?

Mine failed as well. The next day SYNC-25.2.1.6.5.2 was installed and now I don't see PT-5.8.5 anymore.

PT-25.8.5 installed this morning after overnight 2 amp charge of 12v. Definitely wiped out radio presets. No issue with charging locations yet.

My 2023 ER Lariat was updated today to 25.8.5. I can confirm that PPOB now works with the truck turned off (the slider remained "on" when toggled instead of sliding back off as it did previously).

Don't use radio so cant comment on the pre-sets. Don't use the locations either so cant comment on that.

Check your vehicle data via FORD.COM to see if PT-5.8.5 actually succeeded prior to 25.2.1.6.5.2, if it didn't it''ll come around the mountain once again, might take a few days/weeks/months.

I believe you have to turn the truck on, to turn on PPOB, then click the toggle to keep it on while off.

Then you can turn truck off and it will stay on.

I tried that and it didn't show up. I guess the waiting game begins...again.

Not seeing a slider…not a huge deal but just wondering if I’m missing something somewhere. I hooked up my shop fan to the front cabin outlet pulling a steady 250w and I see no slider. I get a message saying the vehicle power down timer is disabled and the truck will stay on until I hit the power reserve. But no slider that I see.
