I submitted my order in the tracker as well.
Lariat ER Agate Black
Wave 1 - I moved from Texas to Oklahoma and they wouldn't let me do the order remotely so I had to drive to Texas. The day before I did they told me they moved all orders to ford.com... Got the email from Ford on 2/20 and ordered then. Dealer accepted the order on 2/21. Felt like I was getting screwed for a little while.

Here is the latest ZEV state bias breakdown. There is a definite bias to the ZEV states. I'm not sure if it is a "heavy" bias or not.
