I looked back in my message tracker (thanks Taxman) and see that GoodSam has the tracking spreadsheet. My information is on line 781 of the spreadsheet. If you find a posting by GoodSam, you'll find a link in his posts that link to the spreadsheet.

I forget which member of the forum has a tracking spreadsheet for module replacement, my work was initiated in June and took about 7 weeks from diagnosis through replacement. I drove Blue Mule for 4+ weeks with the diminished charge level (67%) and the dealership worked on it for 2+ weeks. Mine was the first they had done and there were delays for missing instructions (including a special tool needed) and waiting for parts.
Mine wouldn't charge. The service tech didn't know what module just the part number. I assumed it was the becm module. At least Ford gave me a loaner until it's done.

I did another test this morning. There is something definitely wrong. I set the charge to 100% on the app. I started at 73%. The initial charging rate was 12KW on my Autel charger. Once the truck hit 80%, the rate dipped to 3.8KW. I also used my autel scanner. It stated "rebalance in progress" in the battery maintenance mode status section. Why would it say that so long after the module installation?

I have to get access to another scanner. The scanner I have does not show the individual SOC and voltage variances. I suspect that there will be a variance as it states "rebalance in progress". I should be able to get my hands on a different scanner soon.

Car Scanner app for Android/Apple and a bluetooth OBD-II shows them. Not as detailed as the battery test in FDRS that shows all the cell voltages but should give you a general idea.

Yes, a friend should have access to FDRS. I would like to see the individual cell voltages but individual module SOC would be sufficient. The car scanner app does show individual module SOC? Anyone recommend a decent bluetooth OBD 2 adaptor?

Thanks. Let me check my scanner tomorrow. I think I may have that parameter and I was just not paying attention.

@PJnc284 I think I figured it out. I did not realize that my Autel has access to all of those parameters. Look at the state of charge percentage between modules. It is over 18%. I am assuming it is not supposed to be that high!

Yes, the variation is over 18.5%. Now it all makes sense to me. I know from past experience that during level 2 charging, the truck ramps down the current draw when it gets close to 100%. Now I can see why it is ramping it down (significantly) when it hits about 80%. It is basing the SOC on the highest module which is close to 20% higher than the other modules. Therefore, it ramps it down because the module with the highest charge is close to 100%. I just hope they fix it.

One has to suspect that @Ford Motor Company had specific limitations on imbalance and when it's absolutely required to invest shop time to get the value in the ballpark!!!
