If I remember correctly my top of wheel well to center of wheel hub did not change.

If nothing changed on the back then the truck didn't think the level changed. The automatic leveling lights adjust the lights when the rear squats so people towing or hauling aren't blinding other drivers.

I think that would just be an IMU.
