So far so good for me though, will be interesting to see if this issue is ALL sold Lightnings. I've not charged with a Level 3 charger yet, could that be my saving grace?

Your fine . I charge lvl3 almost 4 times a week but never past 80%.

This became apparent recently while monitoring the 2/6 production week when all four VIN's I'm watching are delayed with a reported "In production" date.

Hopefully we will see the line rolling soon!

Are those four VINs ER, SR or both? I’m thinking if it is a HV battery manufacturing defect that perhaps it is limited to one or the other?

Neither had I and mine bricked at 12,000 miles. To their credit @Ford Motor Company came through - thanks!

I read on our sister forum that Ford had actually used the same tech that was in the Bolt that GM ended up recalling. Is this true? If true, why @Ford Motor Company

I’m not sure why I am getting the feeling that this is another TDI debacle, I went through that whole situation too.

It would be nice if @Ford Motor Company gave us owners more information.

They likely will hold them at various staging yards across the country.

Like they did last summer with '22 that had half drive spline issues that had to be replaced at the rail yards & dealers before delivery.

Yesterday (Tuesday 2/14) I was at my dealer picking up my 22 Expedition from service. Decided to check on the status of my 23 Lightning Lariat ER. Their system shows built and sitting on the ramp. My online account shows "in production". As I was walking out of the dealership, looked at phone, saw article about Lightning stop order. Went back in and showed sales guy and GM. We all just chuckled because at this point, I don't even care anymore. Not sure I will take delivery if and when it actually arrives at my dealership. Pretty much over the whole thing at this point.

They have been changing my delivery date by a week each week for the past 2 weeks

Not bad at all - my '23 MME order has been pushed back 4 times since early January to now late February.

And to top it all off, the window sticker disappeared after it reached built status.

No, that isn't true. While the base chemistry for the cells (tech) is roughly the same (Ford uses different ratios), the Lighting cells are made by SKI and the Bolt was made by LG.
