After you install bluepilot, go into the menu and find the SunnyLink pairing option. Once paired to Sunnylink, you can go in through the web browser and force it to recognize your truck in the "vehicle menu"
Sorry, but are there instructions anywhere on how to do all of this and where to download the files? After you install bluepilot, go into the menu and find the SunnyLink pairing option. The documentation for this project sucks. I am banned from the official comma platforms for complaining about it.Sorry, but are there instructions anywhere on how to do all of this and where to download the files?
This thing is so frustrating. Do you have a link to your instructions? I can't seem to find them after searching Google. The documentation for this project sucks. I am banned from the official comma platforms for complaining about it.
I've done my best to make better documents for bluepilot, but i have a job, kids, and I try to keep the code up to date. There is only so much I can do. And no matter how many times ask, no one ever documents their journey for others. Once they get up and running they don't give flip about the next new guy.
if anyone wants to write up a how-to for newbies, I'll turn it into an article on bluepilot that can be linked to.
Thank you, sorry, I was able to get this figured out finally and it's installing now but it's been sitting here at the Bluepilot screen for a while now. Not sure how long this takes but I will give it some more time.menu --> device --> uninstall
on reboot, join wifi

up to 30 minutes, longer than that would indicate an issue.Thank you, sorry, I was able to get this figured out finally and it's installing now but it's been sitting here at the Bluepilot screen for a while now. Not sure how long this takes but I will give it some more time.
did it finish?Thank you, sorry, I was able to get this figured out finally and it's installing now but it's been sitting here at the Bluepilot screen for a while now. Not sure how long this takes but I will give it some more time.
This was the hardest part of the installation, however, if you take a butter knife and be very careful, it will pop off this cap very easily without any marks.Guess he's not aware of the little hole in the bottom of the grab handle for the very purpose of taking off that cap.![]()
Yes, everything is working!did it finish?
