What you’re explaining on the usb flipping is what I did.
On the resistor and lightning and comma symbols, I’m not seeing those. It’s enclosed within the 3d printed case as I received it from bluepilot. Can you elaborate on that one?

i confirmed it is on the black plug, 2 plugs up from the fiber optic lines (not the gray one).

The docks with the integrated coupler are already oriented correctly so no need to worry about that. The standalone couplers have marks to orient them in the correct direction.

wow. Thank you for the suggestion. Tried the short usb, turned the truck on, and it immediately turned the camera on and asked me to start driving.
What usb do you recommend for the long one to fix this issue?

While you are waiting on the new USB cable you could test the Comma4 without the dock and just plug the long USB straight into the C4.. I use a USB testor on all the components before I assemble the dock, but since I don't have the bluepilot C4 at the moment (Anthony has ours), I can't actually test the assembly.

I sent the required specs of the cable to our company's IT. He said he has a cable that fits the bill. Going to try it at lunch direct to the C4 to confirm, then to the dock, and if that works, I'll go through the trouble of tucking the wire again.

They're super finicky. If it doesn't work go with ajzride's and you'll be gold -- That's what happened to me.

Didn't work, unfortunately. I ordered the cable ajzride recommended. Should be in tomorrow.

hitting the 2 month mark using this guide (with the -0.10 offset)

pretty confident in the system to drive almost all the time even in the city (I do gas/brake)

haven't bothered switching off wd40 bc its so good; doing many 100mi+ RTs and barely engaging the system

The new usb cable came in. When I plug it directly into the c4, it works but doesn’t recognize the car. When I plug it into the dock with integrated resistor, I get the same issue. Says start the car while car is started..

okay, let’s not bog down the forum troubleshooting the dock. You should
have an email where I sent you tracking information. Reply to that and we can work through it.

I finally got up and running. Really impressed with the WD-40 model. Only thing I've changed is the -.05 lane offset. Need to plug in the rest of the recommended settings.

Is it just me, or are the attention alerts way more invasive on the comma than the native Ford blue cruise? Everything I was reading before purchase said the Comma was more relaxed, but I'm finding the opposite to be true.
