So I have a 2024 Flash with a 131 kw battery. I just charged overnight to 100% and this is what car scanner is showing me. Should I take it in to the dealer?

Didn’t some of the 24 Flashes. One with a 124Kwh battery? Might check that out.

Have you seen higher values than 123 KW in similar conditions?

Mine has a 123 kWh battery. Maybe your software got jacked up somehow? Maybe it thinks you have the medium range pack now? I don't know, that's odd...

How cold?
Outside it’s 11 degrees but I am parked in my attached garage and it’s 36 degrees in there
Doesn't matter, Car Scanner is showing that the battery is at 57.2 degrees.

Was it done charging, or did you read this before it was complete?

Per Mach-Lee on the Mach-E forum, you may need to calibrate the BMS with a discharge and charge process. And battery needs to be at 77F to see true capacity.

I would get it below 50%, then do a fast charge to raise the temp, then let it sit on the home charger and get to 100% with the warmer battery, or follow the mentioned process.

Mine is certainly not happy this morning. Battery temp 23F, SOC 61.5% and Energy of 62.05. That would be about 40%ish. Interestingly enough after driving around for about 2 hrs yesterday, it showed 61.5% and 71.43kWh with the battery ~45F.

Charged to 100% a few days back and it was showing 128kWh with the battery around 50F. Previous 100% charge in warmer temps showed 131.07

I wouldn't worry. Your SOH is 100%. If you want to calibrate, charge to 100%, drive to about 15-20%, then charge to your normal SOC. That will calibrate the BMS based on current conditions, but as others have said, its cooler so you may not see any improvement and won't likely see the full 131kWh until it gets a bit warmer.
After 4 winters, I've developed a trust. It is quite predictable and spring always brings it back to where it should be.

Thanks for sharing, that is super helpful. I’ll wait till it warms up and check it again. I may do the BMS calibration.

It is not necessary to do the discharge to 15-20% in one day. You can do it over several days, but keep in mind that the BMS has to calculate based on current battery temperatures and kWh in/out of the battery at the time/temperature. I'm amazed at how accurate Ford gets on this, but it is still an estimate.

I’d guess that’s normal at that temperature.

I’d still be curious to see your HVB module variation like @PJnc284 mentioned above. There are two values - one is V and one is %.
