I can send him the one I'm using and just remake mine since I have a spare board and a bazillion resistors
That would be great if you are up for it. It would be at least 2 days faster than what I can do.

That escalated quickly.
Yeah, he's a bit mad. From what I gather, he does deserve credit for pointing us in the right direction. He's just not advocating for himself in the most likeable way.

I honestly didn't see the whole github thread before I started working on the issue. My starting point was this thread and the harness mod.

Just went through and read that thread....they seem totally normal and calm. :censored: Assuming that wasn't a regular poster here or in the discord?

Glad to see the update from a few pages back regarding the '25s working.

It's not someone I have seen outside of the Github thread. It sounds like he might pop up eventually if he knows about the Rivian folks talking about his (784 word) reflection explanation.

Board sent. Just ignore the stray dog hairs that may or may not have decided to tag along. Now let's see if I can manage to not burn my finger making another one.

Should be good as long as I don't solder in the wrong holes this time (famous last words?). Thinking "oh I'll just hold the resistor and hit the solder with the iron and it'll pop right out" was not the correct thought process. Those little things sure do get hot quick!

De-soldering wick helps a ton. I took forever to buy it and I will always have some with my kit now. The de-soldering pumps are handy too, just don't always work the best.

Now don't go making sense. I don't solder much and the only reason I even have one is it's butane powered and has a cupped end that works great for heat shrink. A set of helping hands would be nice too though.

Haha. Thats what i kept saying until more projects kept coming up and I kept wishing I had bought it last time.

Just installed in my 24 lighting. Few issues I had:

1) The AC stopped working. It didn't throw any errors - just wouldn't cool the air. Has anyone had this happen?
2) Alerts on startup. This heard that this has been discussed in depth in this thread so I'll start going back through it. But if its an easy fix, would someone mind bringing me up to speed?
