Powertrain Malfunction/ Reduced Power

Hi all. I guess my time as come. I got the powertrain malfunction reduced power error on March 10. Took it to the dealer on March 16 and was diagnosed with a dead cell. Since then, we've been waiting on part number NL3Z-10D672-E. As of Friday - no ETA on the part and no tracking number. This doesn't seem normal and I'm concerned this is only a sign of things to come with the Lightning now that it's been cancelled.

Ok. When i got my module replaced I was in austin TX. The part took 3 weeks to arrive. They ordered it second week of January. Got my truck back 1st week of Feb.
Hopefully yours is on its way...

Horrible amount of service time, which I experienced as well as dealer lone tech was working on a Mach-E slowly.
What is the build date for your Lariat (see top of sticker in driver's door area), mileage, and extended range? See my signature for spreadsheet of other victims. We were hoping that only 2022-23 models would suffer from bad HV battery modules, but a number of 24's are caught as well.

Warmer weather and started getting the error almost daily when the AC kicks on. Any tips on what to tell the dealer when I go in for service?

Just checked diagnostic codes
P0DE9 Coolant valve
C0604 Air dam system fault

Did you notice the fault when the A/C kicked on?

No, but I didn't need to use AC. Mine was the coolant valve. I have extended warranty so it was only $100

Truck returned after a whooping 64 days out of service. Build date 6/2024, 7736 miles, with extended range battery pack. I hope this is the last issue and the truck is a tank from here on out.

lots ac failures I think, mine is in for ac again after last june ac failed, seems after cold winter stuff fails

I got the error three times in the last month but it’s been combined with a 1-pedal fault. Rebooting the car has fixed it. Should I have it looked at by the dealer?
