Powertrain Malfunction/ Reduced Power

Hi all. I guess my time as come. I got the powertrain malfunction reduced power error on March 10. Took it to the dealer on March 16 and was diagnosed with a dead cell. Since then, we've been waiting on part number NL3Z-10D672-E. As of Friday - no ETA on the part and no tracking number. This doesn't seem normal and I'm concerned this is only a sign of things to come with the Lightning now that it's been cancelled.

Ok. When i got my module replaced I was in austin TX. The part took 3 weeks to arrive. They ordered it second week of January. Got my truck back 1st week of Feb.
Hopefully yours is on its way...

Horrible amount of service time, which I experienced as well as dealer lone tech was working on a Mach-E slowly.
What is the build date for your Lariat (see top of sticker in driver's door area), mileage, and extended range? See my signature for spreadsheet of other victims. We were hoping that only 2022-23 models would suffer from bad HV battery modules, but a number of 24's are caught as well.

Which dealer are you using? Several of us in DFW have had a module replaced.
