I would get one more data point. My TPMS and a couple of different gauges I have and tire shop rotate/pressure checks are all within 1-2psi of each other. 6psi is a big spread. Overfilling those tires will get you better range for sure.I try to keep them to 55 on the dash but it was a little chilly out. The TPMS isn’t accurate, 55psi on the dashboard=49psi on my Snap-On mechanical gauge.

Totally agree. Spot on.My quick rule of thumb is:
Summer = 2.5 kw/mi
Winter = 1.8 kw/mi (temps below 45F)
Towing = 1.0 kw/mi
Just take those numbers and multiple by your pack size. ER is 131kw so:
Summer = 327mi range
Winter = 235mi
Towing = 131mi

This session took 66.38 kWh according to Emporia while the FCSP log 66.009 kWh, Ford App shows NET energy to the battery at 61.4 kWh before unplugging, then the post event record shows 50 kWH net to the battery. The 190 miles added is not seasonally or driver history adjusted for reality.

The final couple of hours to balance the pack, last time I did this was around end of September 2025, note the slow charging rates toward the end.

This weeks charging events all had 92% conversion rates, with 8% to losses.

December charging events, note this past week MPK is below trend because of the extra 10% charge to 100% and the balancing energy consumed, understand my operational behaviour, I generally do not plug in nightly and I remote start or use departure time to condition the cabin off the plug to intentionally roll all that inefficiency into the 'real cost to drive' each week.
The end of year values will need a final mileage update the evening of 12/31 and if I'm under 90% a little top-up as well.
I've driven 5839 miles in 2025, used 4057.4 kWh of juice that includes a couple of DCFC kWh rolled in, for a composite cost $1,492.30, or 25.6 cents a mile to drive electric under my conditions.
The pessimistic MPK of 1.4 for the year is based on these values, but if I really want to project a real moderate range road trip, I'd do all the things skilled EV enthusiasts will do: charge to 100%, condition the battery & cabin on the plug, and moderate my driving style to accommodate a round trip if possible with no intervening charging, and pay attention to when additional mid trip charging might be needed.

You made me look at my spreadsheet. As of my last charge session overnight Saturday night, since I bought my Lightning in February, I have 15,160 miles on the odometer (27 on the odometer when I bought it). I have put 6,579.9 KWH into the battery on 198 charge sessions that varied from 1.2 KWH to 105 KWH. Of those, 88 were free (mostly at work), 77 were at home (mostly on my FCSP), and 32 were DCFC (4 of those were free).
