As of a few days ago FP menu for Target charge location disappeared. This is what it looks like for my MME (which works):

I have Apple iOS Ford App V6.0.0

what version of Ford App do you have

I have Apple iOS Ford App V6.0.0

This is what I see when I select main charge screen
Its Android Ford App v6.0.0. I see the same as you on the MME, but not Lightning.

Check the Lightnings data sharing permissions via the SYNC screen.

I wonder if this is a bug for when you have two vehicles on the same account. Somebody else also with a MachE should look (@RickLightning).

Fyi, there is a 6.1.0 version out now (at least for iOS). So might try to update your app.

Not for me, but I have Android.

Mine both work fine on iOS.

Which menu option would I find it under?
Main vehicle settings, midway down the list is CONNECTIVITY, Top of the next screen CONNECTIVITY
CONNECTED VEHICLE SETTINGS. (sometimes this list is slow to populate, server delays)

I had to shut off my truck then put truck in accessory mode, then follow the above prompts to see the extensive list of consents)

Mine disappeared as well. Reinstall did not solve it. Clear cache did not solve it. Update to 6.1 did not solve it. Consents are turned on and have not changed.

This app is going backwards.

Android, pixel 8.

Didn't help. Also, it is still working for MME, so I doubt that it's the problem with the app. I also have the app installed on my tablet, and yes, same problem.

Mine were already turned on.

I also doubt that asking the dealer for help is of any value.

This might be a database issue.

To fix that, turn off all connectivity approvals, master switch off.

Let it stew for 5 to 10 minutes, then reauthorize connected vehicle features, you'll need to go into various functions turning them on one by one.

That has fixed out of SYNC issues in the past.
 
 







Top
