What did you drive before your Lightning?

Probably unusual, but I traded a Tesla Model S for a F150 Lightning Lariat ER. Some reduction in efficiency obviously, but really liking the truck so far. Also, there's a reduction in availability of DC charging, but hopefully that will improve soon.

2017 raptor 100,000 miles it was my daily. Loved it but I love the lightning more. Kept the raptor and the lightning. Raptor for long road trips with the family and lightning is my daily for work, Electrical contractor.

I had the same year and model. Sadly my transmission was on its last legs when I decided to trade it in for the Lightning. Interesting thing is my wife has a 2018 Ford Expedition EL MAX and we just had the transmission replaced 2 months, thankfully covered by the extended warranty. Coincidence

You aren't kidding. About to dump my wife's Expedition too. I don't know what it was about the '18's because we've been buying Fords for years and never had these types of issues.

I traded in my 2015 C-Max Energi plugin-hybrid with a little over 206k miles for a ’22 Lightning Lariat ER. While I liked the C-Max, I love my Lightning and do “truck” things nearly every weekend. It’s so nice having a truck bed again, especially living in rural South Georgia on 8 acres.
It did take the better part of a year to adjust to the different turning radius though, especially with parking!

Also nice to have a frunk compared with almost no trunk on C-Max PHEV.

Had a mustang mach e premium had it for 8 months sold it to the dealer waited for the lightning before that a ram 1500 missed my truck so much upgraded to the lightning

a 2014 and a 2017 Ford Focus Electric. Love the sporty drive and didn't want to sell them so I gave them to my parents so they are still in the family with no issues. Ford made a great EV in the FFE and I was very upset when the previous CEO eliminated the EV market in favor of hybrids, discontinuing the FFE. I was happy when Farley took over and took the company in the right direction and put out the EV truck. I would of preferred the smaller, cheaper Ranger but I am adjusting to the larger F150. I get a lot of questions about it and use to recommend the Ford EVs but after the latest F150 Lightning price shenanigans, I am so upset with @Ford Motor Company that this will be my last Ford unless they do something like a price rebate to restore my faith in the company. I have sent a lot of business to KIA and other EV makers that seem to prioritize customer satisfaction and may even trade in the truck to be done with Ford.

2.7 L Ecoboost with 37k miles. It was the wife’s daily driver and our motor home toad. Hated to get rid of it but wanted to do something different. I retired in February ‘22, ordered the Lightning June ‘22 and took delivery in November.
I gave my daily driver, 2001 GMC Sierra 2500 HD, with 234k miles to my 16 year old grandson.
Traded the motor home for a 26’ travel trailer and tow it with our 2022 Star White Lariat ER.
We love our Lightning and feel lucky to have it. No more ICE vehicles for us
