How can this possibly be for Lightning? It is actually showing what the update is all about in details. I only believe it when I see it in my Truck/app.

Those release notes were from my Mach-E. I was replying to somebody in a different thread about the APIM being updated with the new symbols and somebody asked what else was updated. I guess the Administrator thought it deserved its own thread.

No. It looks like Ford is using the same software and release notes for for the MME and Lightning (in this instance, anyway). Hence the disclaimer “for eligible vehicles”.

I did the copy post to new thread action, if it's now a Mach-e rollout, eventually it will come to Lightning.

These are the most verbose patch notes I've seen from Ford thus far. If this actually reaches my vehicle, credit where it's due. Hopefully no more vague "we made improvements to Sync" updates going forwards.
