Does Ford monitor this board?

I have a US Patent application for "Auxiliary Batteries for Electric Vehicles" that I filed in December of last year. The priority date (371c) is 1/02/2023.
Tesla's just announced plan interferes with that. Rather than fight with Tesla legal, I'm willing to transfer rights and intellectual property to Ford.

I'd so much ...rather have a Lightning in exchange for this ...than a Cybertruck!

I’m sure Ford and Tesla have a mutually assured destruction agreement when it comes to patents. Ford won’t need yours.

I know Ford already has a patent (or maybe just application) on some auxiliary battery idea(s). I know I read about it prior.

In my reply to the Tesla email, I stated that I would abandon my intellectual property in return for someone selling me an electric truck for a dollar.

In the case of Ford, I'd be willing to work with them to improve the strength of my unique claims in return for a truck ...and further donate the full IP to an institution of higher learning.

The point being ...that I'd rather have a Lightning than a Cybertruck!

21st century patents are a joke. There isn't anything left in the world to patent that one or even a few human's can conceive/comprehend on their own. Value in the 21st century is the ability to economically produce, which sadly takes money to start. You should've saved the $10k and just put it toward a truck. You'll spend more than 2 trucks just to attempt to fight any patent infringement with Tesla or Ford, and you will NOT win anything in your lifetime Unless perhaps, you are in fact an accomplished patent attorney yourself?

I'm betting that your IP violates an IP that they filed for a decade ago. The moment you make a dime you'll be hearing from their legal teams. They're not gonna write you a check because they don't have to.

There's no such thing as an original idea anymore which is why, for example, there is nothing but remakes/sequels/prequels/origin stories/other comic book junk in movie theaters now.

Additionally, they're probably rolling their eyes at you since you're like the third guy this month, same as any other month, with THE solution.

Funny thing: I've be fighting for a patent on treating aging since first filing in 2012.

I discovered that most of human aging comes from parasitic activity of one species of normal gut bacteria. They eat you protein groceries causing you to decline. They don't eat fats and carbs so you loose protein structure but can still get fat!
