I don’t use it. I enjoy coasting downhill and get the same amount of regen when braking. I used to use it, but hated how often my brake lights came on.

I've embraced One Pedal since I received my truck in October 2022. It took me about 3 days to get used to it. I feel it has made me a more attentive driver, especially as I approach stop signs or lights. As for the brake light illuminating, I have found it's a matter of nuance. Lightly releasing pressure on the accelerator vs. sudden release solved that issue for me.
I have to be careful when driving my wife's Subura Solterra. It has S-Pedal. It requires much more use of the brake pedal than the Lightning.

One pedal in sport mode. The best!
Can you explain what's better when in sports mode? Are you activating it everytime you start the truck?

I use one pedal. It takes some time to develop the fine skills so that it's smooth and not sudden slow downs. Some here claim it makes no difference and can't be convinced otherwise. Fine for them, but it has not been my experience. No question a significant improvement in efficiency in my use case. You might want to look up a YouTube channel "Lightning Mike".. He did a video using different modes on a loop. He prefers sport mode for efficiency.

With more than 50 years of 2-pedal driving experience, I was hesitant to use 1-pedal mode; muscle memory and all that. What pushed me to give 1-pedal mode a real try was a painful right knee injury; I reasoned that 1-pedal mode would reduce the amount of movement in the joint. I was pleasantly surprised that I adapted quickly to the truck’s new behavior, and soon strongly preferred it. I have not noticed any material difference in range. For reference, my 2023 Pro has over 47,000 miles in just over two years of driving; about 12,000 miles of that is in 1-pedal mode. Although I do not have experience in another EV with 1-pedal mode, I think Ford has done a good job of calibrating the regen curve and the braking effect.

I prefer 1 Pedal in-town, then turn off on highway. Feels the best.

No facts, just my opinion. I feel sport mode is more aggressive. When you take your foot off the gas it just hits harder. I like feathering the gas and knowing I have the extra bit if I need it.
