Picked up and installed my box link cleats, bed mat, cargo net and rollup cover.

Yes, on delivery they were on the floor behind the driver seat, it just needed to be slide into the receiving brackets in the bed, was tough getting them in, very tight fit.

While the bed mat, cargo net and cover were order last Wednesday.

It took a few days, but today I completed:

Install Ford Mats; Rear mat too deep for folding storage, will double over for dog crate base
Install Ford branded BedRug; Tedious install, for camping. Will redo light switch and tailgate later
Install Ford Bed Mat; Tight fit with BedRug, but for everyday use
Install BakFlip MX4 cover; Required pulling front of BedRug off for drain tubes to outlets
Install Ford tailgate seal; Not in photos

So looking at the pics, it seems that the "slots" don't exist on the left side to be able to insert a piece of wood for a hard bed divider.

Lighted tailgate emblem. Not an easy install. I had difficulty removing the stock emblem because the inner metal structure prevents easy access to the area where it's attached. I had to remove the inner plastic liner on the tailgate and break the inner pins that secured the emblem. The stock emblem was also attached with double-sided tape so it took a while getting the tape off without damaging the emblem or paint. I then fished the wiring through the tailgate and then ran a line up to the circuit being used for the lighted front grille emblem. There's probably an easier place to splice in the power for the emblem (e.g. the tail lights or rear light bar), but I didn't want to mess with the stock wiring. The original emblem ebay listing is gone, but I used one similar to this (check dimensions before you order). It's thicker and a bit wider than the stock emblem and it sticks out about 1/2 inch from the tailgate. I had to use some 3M VHB tape to secure it because it doesn't quite fit in the stamped recess.

LED light in upper glove compartment (aka the condiment cubby). I hooked it to a reed switch so it doesn't bleed light when the door is closed. I used these LEDs and glued tinted photo filters to match the stock lights and a small reed switch spray painted black.

Pin lights in the pockets on either side of the center console. They're not bright enough IMO so I might switch them out later. I used these and glued some tinted photo filters on the lens to match the stock LED color.

I also added an off-brand bed extender.

And an off-brand power retractable tonneau cover. It works fine and has T-slots, but had some minor cosmetic defects so I'm not sure I'd recommend it at the price they're currently charging. The remote uses the same frequency as garage doors so I was able to program the open/close commands into the HomeLink buttons on the visor. I also added Gen1/Gen2 Lightning logos to cover up the stupid logos that were on the tonneau. They look crooked because of the lens.

The next thing I'm installing is a rear bed step. I got this one from Amazon but it didn't fit. I have this one on order and will update my post with photos if it works.

Combined with the bedrug it's amazing. It was a little crooked because of I didn't take the roll-up tonneau cover off, but it worked great.

during the day its ok, at night it doesn't capture them as well as I would like. However I think if i mess around with the exposure settings it might help

I installed my fitcamx yesterday, thought I had a dead unit because it did not power up. I unplugged all the connections and reinstalled them and it powered up. Video quality is really good.

So far I have a tannue cover, bed mat, tinted front windows,fitcamx Dash cam, installed a Android media streamer and a screen saver.
Also ESP 7 year 100.000 miles with key service and first day rental.

Found my stubby antenna from my previous truck, and slapped it on. Not totally sold on it for the Lighting but I'll try it for a bit
