My Connected Charge Station also lost connectivity earlier this week. So I power cycled both it and the FCSP. That restored the connection to the former, but no help for the FCSP. ?

Half of mine actually showed up this time. Which is surprising since my FCSP has consistently gone offline every few weeks since it was installed. All those insights are lost in the cloud somewhere.And all the charging insights are missing since this fiasco happened.
Does it charge? None of the connectivity should be required for that.The plot thickens. The FordPass app says it’s connected, but it’s not communicating with the server…won’t change status from “ready to charge” to “charging” when I plug it in. I have tried to change amperage…no dice, it says it was changed, but it’s not actually changing.
@Ford Motor Company …your technology is no doubt your Achilles heel (and recalls, they aren’t helping the brand either).
Yes, it charges. It’s the “extra stuff” it’s supposed to be able to do that it can’t…but it basic function…charging, it does.Does it charge? None of the connectivity should be required for that.
