My Connected Charge Station also lost connectivity earlier this week. So I power cycled both it and the FCSP. That restored the connection to the former, but no help for the FCSP. 🙁

Pi** poor monitoring when it take your user base to notify something is broken or a server needs to be bounced.

Thanks ! I just checked the app and mine was online. Didn’t have to do anything.

I am back up as well.
I’ll follow up and maybe they fixed the ability to change amperage in the app that was broken.
Still haven’t heard back from Ford customer service
but it just went back online today, so I think it’s fair to give them a couple of days. Glad they got it back online, that seemed an unreasonably long time
but it didn’t hamper the ability to charge, which is the key to this not being a major issue.

It's down for me again. It was up for a few hours this afternoon but when I just checked it through Ford Pass it is down for me.

I'm connected, but can't change the charging amperage.

And all the charging insights are missing since this fiasco happened.

Half of mine actually showed up this time. Which is surprising since my FCSP has consistently gone offline every few weeks since it was installed. All those insights are lost in the cloud somewhere.

The plot thickens. The FordPass app says it’s connected, but it’s not communicating with the server
won’t change status from “ready to charge” to “charging” when I plug it in. I have tried to change amperage
no dice, it says it was changed, but it’s not actually changing.
@Ford Motor Company
your technology is no doubt your Achilles heel (and recalls, they aren’t helping the brand either).

Does it charge? None of the connectivity should be required for that.

Yes, it charges. It’s the “extra stuff” it’s supposed to be able to do that it can’t
but it basic function
charging, it does.
