Most people with Mach-Es who reported this problem have found one of two causes. Accessories installed (such as a dash cam or ODB-2 dongle) that drain the battery. Or allowing a utility or other 3rd party to access the vehicle’s data. Constant pinging of the modem causing battery drain.

If those don’t apply to you, probably time for a visit to the dealer.

and it's probably referring to the 12v battery, not the truck's battery pack...
Yes, sounds correct.

Common to have that little 35AH AGM battery go flat in no time.

OP: Open the frunk, remove the battery cover and connect a battery charger to charge it up then see.

Along with what everyone said...
Also check the 12v terminal connections just to be safe.

The Mach-e owners had this come up. Some sort of drain is causing the vehicle to transfer power from the HVB to the LVB. It could be lived with too, but there could be the day when the HVB is super low and fails to top of off the LVB and truck will brick itself. Needs to be chased down IMO.

Thanks for the tips. I was doing an update last night but was plugged in and charging. Hopefully they sort this out with a future update.

When performing updates, you need to connect a battery charger to the 12V. Depending on the modules being updated, the DC-DC converter that maintains the 12V can get disabled. Being plugged in to an EVSE doesn’t help.

To put a finer point on that, you're referring to people doing their own updates via ForScan or similar, right? OTA updates shouldn't require someone to hook up a battery tender.

In fact you aren't supposed to be connected to an EVSE when doing programming at all.

I have been able to replicate it multiple times. Happens everytime my EVSE is plugged into the car but not actually charging (scheduled to charge during off peak). However it doesn’t happen as long as the truck hit the charge limit I set it to.

A la, it errors out if you plug in and doesn’t charge for a long time(2-3+ hours) but is not affected if the charge limit is hit or fully charged.

I got this warning a day after getting 4.1.3, never recurred afterward and the truck has operated flawlessly

Never resolved. Happen to me twice but I did noticed that it happen with these conditions:

Cold outside, below 40 degrees
Battery was less than 40%
Truck was plugged into the FCSP 2-3 hours waiting to charge during set hours
