I will admit, too, that this is not my selling dealer, although they are a dealer with several Ford franchises across the Atlanta area... this smaller 'hometown' dealer was recently bought out by a multi-franchise dealer, so I imagine this dealer may not have been one to be so willing to work on 'others' EVs before now, at least it doesn't seem they may have had qualified EV techs before now... they don't seem to have any EVs on the lot...

If you have the capability to see, did the overall battery SOH change with a single module replaced?

took her for a test drive around town this morning, charged successfully at a Supercharger plugNcharge*, and drove around some more... then, charging successfully now at home, on 30amp 240v... sweet. You don't know how it feels to FINALLY have her back and take a ride after 2 1/2 weeks of highly impatient waiting! I feel like I'm back in mid-2022 when my truck was scheduled, 'in-process', getting 'married', being 'delivered by rail', and the 'waiting' for the transport truck/trailer to FINALLY arrive that day at the dealer, several months later... crazy times! We are spoiled. : )

*I noticed today, at the supercharger, that plugNcharge worked just fine....but, 'stopping' the charge was not so much. Nothing in the FORD app showed the 'activation' of the supercharger, so no link to 'stop' the charge was available in the app. Manually pushing the top button on the ADAPTER did work, but I seem to have remembered having the APP ability to stop the charge, before now... maybe it's just my brain. Maybe there's never been a way to stop it from the app when using PNC.

You might want to monitor your coolant level in both coolant reservoirs over the next several weeks and especially before and after any long trips. It’s highly likely that they were unable to remove all the air from the lines, despite the use of a vacuum pump.

The button with the lock symbol right next to the CCS port, press it and the session should stop and the safety pin will disengage the interlock on the adapter.

Previously there was a STOP button in the defunct charge assist app on the Sync screen.
