I haven’t gotten the truck serviced and somehow the recall has disappeared from my FordPass.

The recall notice disappeared from the app for me too. The ABS and SOBSMC are still showing as available for my truck. Probably just a problem with FordPass.

Probably why v6.6.0 was quickly rushed to testing & deployment, I wonder if they fixed this issue in that release, I haven't gotten it yet. Anyone else gotten V6.6.0 and seen issues like the recalls section return?

Yes, had the local Ford dealer scheduled this am for Mach-e & 2 Lightnings, when they called and said the parking brake recall wasn't available. Was showing on FP v6.6, but it's gone now 10:23 pm CST

Interesting, so it was/is removed. I literally opened my app, it was already in the service tab, it showed the recall, it refreshed the page automatically, recall was gone.

I think Ford is just having some struggles on the app/website. I got the letter in the mail on Friday for the recall.

I got the recall letter on Monday, 2/9/26. My letter says the update will be available "Quarter 1 of 2026," not "February 2026." It also says in bold underline Software is not available. So, they haven't been making a whole bunch of progress since December.

Same here. Mine started that just before the recent 6.5.0 update

Solution is said to be, clear cache, data and remove the Ford App from your phone, then reinstall, of course you'll need to create a new PAAK security key if that option is available to you.

I was also getting the service items unavailable for a week or two, but it's working today. May be related to app version updated to 6.6.0 yesterday.
.with that said, I got the recall notice in the mail yesterday, and the Ford app says no recalls - go figure...

Ok yeah that put the app back right with the service planner and the brake boost recall yet the park pawl recall is missing.

My dealer called me today and said they can come out to my house and fix it in my driveway. I had her confirm the fix is available and she said it was. They are coming out Tuesday.

They must have pulled from display on the app.

This afternoon I got v6.6.0 of Ford App, installing that fixed my view of service reminders and the Light Bar inspection alert, but like you I'm no longer seeing the Park-Pawl alert.
