I will admit, too, that this is not my selling dealer, although they are a dealer with several Ford franchises across the Atlanta area... this smaller 'hometown' dealer was recently bought out by a multi-franchise dealer, so I imagine this dealer may not have been one to be so willing to work on 'others' EVs before now, at least it doesn't seem they may have had qualified EV techs before now... they don't seem to have any EVs on the lot...

If you have the capability to see, did the overall battery SOH change with a single module replaced?

took her for a test drive around town this morning, charged successfully at a Supercharger plugNcharge*, and drove around some more... then, charging successfully now at home, on 30amp 240v... sweet. You don't know how it feels to FINALLY have her back and take a ride after 2 1/2 weeks of highly impatient waiting! I feel like I'm back in mid-2022 when my truck was scheduled, 'in-process', getting 'married', being 'delivered by rail', and the 'waiting' for the transport truck/trailer to FINALLY arrive that day at the dealer, several months later... crazy times! We are spoiled. : )

*I noticed today, at the supercharger, that plugNcharge worked just fine....but, 'stopping' the charge was not so much. Nothing in the FORD app showed the 'activation' of the supercharger, so no link to 'stop' the charge was available in the app. Manually pushing the top button on the ADAPTER did work, but I seem to have remembered having the APP ability to stop the charge, before now... maybe it's just my brain. Maybe there's never been a way to stop it from the app when using PNC.

You might want to monitor your coolant level in both coolant reservoirs over the next several weeks and especially before and after any long trips. It’s highly likely that they were unable to remove all the air from the lines, despite the use of a vacuum pump.

The button with the lock symbol right next to the CCS port, press it and the session should stop and the safety pin will disengage the interlock on the adapter.

Previously there was a STOP button in the defunct charge assist app on the Sync screen.

drove more today, and everything seems absolutely successful, with not a single issue - you wouldn't know that anything has 'changed', although you'd certainly know if you see the photos of the truck up in the air, the whole battery pack removed, and the time it took to get the technology back in place... I'll give kudos to the EV tech at the dealer, whether he knew enough to start with, or whether he learned a lot in the process...
After hearing Jim Farley talk about the lack of EV techs, and even ANY vehicle shop techs, or lack of them in the marketplace, and how long most folks are having to wait, even weeks to even get seem, maybe I am blessed the whole process 'only' took 2 1/2.

no, I don't have a method to find the 'SOC' % within the battery pack, but the 'range' estimate at 100% of 260+ miles tells me that everything is just fine...

I also checked the coolant bottle level, and it seems perfect... I have a planned follow-up on Tuesday for a 60,000 miles FORD checkup - the coolant level is a prime question. Interestingly, when I first arrived home and charged, I happened to be outside near the truck when the 'converter' sound kicked on... which I've heard many times before. What was DIFFERENT this time, though, was a loud 'gurgling' sound, as though also water was 'flowing' thru pipes... very new sound.
I fell down on the ground and looked under the truck - nothing. No leaks. No water. nothing... the converter sound ended, and then the gurgling stopped. It happened again several minutes later. It stopped then, too.
So, I am going to chalk this one up to the newly charged system getting back to 'normal'... but, we'll also see if the EV Tech confirms on Tuesday.
In all my time driving since picking it up, the Coolant LEVEL indicator has been consistently on the mark, with nothing to indicate any issue.

That is likely the sound of some air left in the cooling lines. Keep a daily eye on that coolant level.

Congrats on getting your road princesses back. 😊

I am also not sure of what percentage of the Lightnings were SRs vs. ERs which would be important for making a judgement. I think more ERs have been made as getting a Pro was limited in the first year. Definitely both types have had bad cells, causing a module (or 2 or 3) to be replaced. Yes, so weird that 4 pouch cells would have the same problem as 5 pouch cells with electrode misalignment using the same machines? Maybe that is a cover for just having poorly made pouches that could end up in any SR or ER "cell" that could explode into a fireball!
Oh boy, I love a good conspiracy!
Just hope mine lasts the 8 years+

What was your mileage at HV battery modules replacement? Build month in 2022? See my tracking spreadsheet, mostly those folks posting in this forum, in my signature below. I think the replaced module numbers are spread evenly between the 9 units. for you, #6 & #7 would be less work because they are on top.
My apologies and I will update my Original post, but my memory was wrong. When I reviewed the paperwork, it was actually modules 8 & 9 that were replaced NOT 6 & 7. Wanting to ensure the spreadsheet has the most accurate numbers.

Thank you for the work in keeping up with this.
