Anyone else get their Powertrian update? I don’t know about you all but my Powertrian has been great but just in case I bought the extended Powertrian warranty lol

We updated the Battery Energy Control Module


(BECM) software strategy to adjust the way your vehicle performs if a voltage deviation is identified within the high voltage battery. This completes customer satisfaction program


23B57. There is nothing more you need to do to complete this customer satisfaction program.


SYNC Navigation


SYNC navigation has been updated to anticipate conditions along your route and schedule battery cooling to meet the unique demands of your trip.


Software updates are designed to help make your vehicle better over time.

This CSP has been out for a while. You should have received a letter from Ford a couple months ago. Here's the main thread. Many of us had dealers do the update but according to the letter it was also going to eventually be released OTA. Sounds like that’s what you got. Plus some other goodies. I’ve had no issues getting updates. I did get the letter a while back but haven’t had time to visit my dealer. Just posting this to the forum so others are aware the OTA is now being pushed out.

I got this as well but surprise surprise it wouldn’t install. I checked before trying, 87% LVB SOC and got the dreaded “interrupted by another process” message.

NICE to see the deployment of an OTA / Priority Update on this topic.
Up to this point folks were visiting their servicing dealer to get the update posted manually.

Now that is is getting pushed out via OTA, we are likely to see more battery failure complaints. Hopefully not many.

I have been waiting for this 23 Q4 update.

Does anyone know what level of voltage variation or module SOC % variation triggers “your tuck is going to explode, see dealer immediately“ warning?

For anyone that has successfully received the update, is it removing the CSP from your FordPass app?

It should be CSP #23B57

I updated mine with FDRS when it was first available but this CSP is still annoyingly in FordPass. I'm hoping if the OTA updates are happening the Ford servers will recognize mine already has the update and clear out the CSP.

Those of you that did get this (OTA not at dealer), would you please share what was the last update you had before this one? In case sequence matters, I want to know if I should be holding my Breath for this or not.

@mattskr - That CSP is still showing in FordPass for me.

@Maxx - My most recent update prior to this one was 6.8.0 about a week or two ago.
